At Prime, we love working with local seasonal ingredients, therefore we change our menu twice a year to reflect the new produce that’s available.
As the Highland winter began to change our chefs were busy designing a new menu to beat the winter blues and add a little bit of warmth. As a result, our new head-chef Kevin has created some incredible dishes featuring grouse, rabbit, local goats’ cheese and earthy beets, which have all been sourced from around the Highlands and Islands.
We look forward to welcoming carnivores and herbivores alike over the winter to enjoy a delicious meal.
Our top tip is to have wee nip of our guest whisky, Bruichladdich, with your Prime meal. It’s the perfect combination on a cold winters day with a hearty meal.
